I may be the token single belle, but don’t let that fool you. I’ve been working for the Wedding Guide for three years so I know all the ins and outs on bridal trends, treats and even the troubles! I love all things girly and have a ridiculously unhealthy obsession with fashion and beauty. How do I sum up me and my wedding in just a few words? Passionate, creative, foodie, hot-headed, Italian… I am all these things and so is my wedding. If there was one thing I wanted when I started planning the big day it was to represent both me and my partner perfectly: no fuss, no must-dos, no traditions that didn’t fit… We mixed and matched all we loved most about the Italian and Australian wedding traditions to make our day our very own. My blogs here will dip in and out of that journey – from the very start, to the last-minute checks, up to the day itself, the honeymoon and of course, the happily ever after. Let the story begin…

I’d really prefer if you didn’t use “old married woman” but I’ve been married for two years now to the love of my life.  I’m into the quirky and alternative and firmly believe your wedding should be a fun celebration with personal touches and plenty of dancing.   So, if you’re looking for something a little bit different or some help with a DIY project, I’m your girl. Just don’t ask me to help with your budget – because maths is not my strong point!
